Implementing Gerber Garment Technology (GGT) has made us flexible to customize fits and styles according to customers’ needs. We possess the right skills, expertise, and professionalism to guarantee brand confidentiality, swift turnaround and accurate sampling. The patterns and gradings are prepared in-house to elevate the customer’s experience by maintaining higher merit. Samad Apparel has the qualified specialists and industrial engineers to control the processes and operations. In cutting department, we always ensure the maximum utilization of material in order to reduce the waste. The department is equipped with latest cutting machines and fabric spreaders.

In stitching, we practice process control techniques such as Time & Motion Study, Method Study, and Sample Activity to eradicate unnecessary activities and minimize process handling. We have dedicated Textile and Industrial Engineers in the sewing division who execute their work using modern and efficient instrumentation in process control.

Fashion in today’s world is incomplete without denim and denim is incomplete without great finishes. We take pride in being equipped to handle all sorts of washing finishes right from rinse wash to real vintage washes. Our highly experienced washing team is capable to handle all sorts of special treatments. We believe in constant improvement, hence we periodically arrange training sessions for our team both locally and internationally to further polish their skills. The induction of Laser technology in GDP and Ozone Technology is GWP has made our washing setup a sustainable chemical processing house.

Each product undergoes a thorough quality assessment in the Finishing and Packaging department. Our high-quality standards and criteria ensure that all items are free from any sort of contamination during the packing step. Each product is contained in a clean package setup after it reaches the packing stage, which rigorously adheres to all of our clients’ specified standards.
